Job SummaryThis position is responsible for developing projects in the loan boarding and related applications for bulk and flow transfers to support the mortgage servicing growth strategy, The Data Analyst will analyze and program boarding files, as well as participate in data mapping, researching issues and testing the application and data loads. This position requires strong analytical skills and technical knowledge to support the Loansphere toolset. The business analyst will work closely with various customers including their immediate project team, business units and other technical teams to coordinate data transformation. This role will also be responsible for implementing tools to support transfer efficiency, as well as keeping documentation updated and communicating changes to processes, procedures and tools.Pay Range: \$58,500.00 - \$83,000.00 - \$107,500.00Job Responsibilities: * Develop and configure the Loansphere applications, as well as supporting toolsets such as Sharepoint to support boarding data management. This includes mapping of seller/transferor servicer data, create and update tables and define and implement solutions for converting the data * Define requirements for and implement tools and processes to improve data quality and visibility * Perform testing to support trials and production.Review error reports and document/communicate issues found. Determine solutions for issues * Work closely via meetings and conference calls with ST Leads and transferor servicers to ensure data transformation is accurate and clearly communicated * Update/create procedures and continue to enhance and optimize the boarding process, including tool enhancements as requiredJob Requirements: * Bachelor\'s Degree Required Information Technology, Data Analytics or related field required * Strong analytical and problem solving skills * Ability to easily adapt to changes in processes, procedures and priorities * 7 years of experience working directly with technology or interfacing with technology * 4 years of experience working with Loansphere * Strong understanding of business process * Proven strength in interpreting business requirements and implementing them in application or operational tools * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong understanding of the MSP toolset * Expertise with Excel, Word and Adobe * Periodic MSP training required as the application changes * Minimal to no travel requiredFor internal use only: F Band
