Honeywell Sr. Compensation Manager, Total Rewards in Atlanta, Georgia

Honeywell is hiring for a Sr. Compensation Manager, Total Rewards located in Atlanta, Georgia. The Senior Manager, Total Rewards will serve as the hands-on subject matter expert for the Total Rewards Center of Excellence (COE), supporting our Building Automation business. In this business, commercial building owners and operators depend on our operational technology hardware, software, and analytics to help create safer and more efficient and productive facilities. Our solutions and services are used in more than ten million buildings worldwide. In this leadership role, you will partner with Human Resources by working autonomously across the organization supporting business strategy while ensuring a performance driven, market competitive, fair, and compliant Total Rewards program. You will be the local expert on compensation policies and procedures, which will enable HR to better support the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supporting and administering the design, implementation, compliance, and evaluation of Honeywell’s Total Rewards programs.

  • Working through and driving complex problems to completion with Senior Leaders.

  • Ensuring standard competitive pay programs.

  • Driving Honeywell’s Pay for Performance philosophy.

  • Delivering compensation knowledge and expertise to all levels.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 6+ years of compensation experience.

  • Bachelor's or Advanced Degree.

  • Advanced Excel knowledge (i.e., worksheet management, data manipulation, VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, pivot reporting and complex formulas).
