TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Compensation Analyst- Variable Pay in Atlanta, GA.

Responsible for planning, designing, modeling, accruing and calculating incentive plans and other elements within Total Rewards.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUCTIONS: Calculate or assist in the calculation of assigned bonus plan payouts using the compensation module in the HRIS system. Partner with compensation, finance and HR to ensure timeliness and accuracy of bonus payments. Create predictive modeling of assigned bonus plans to align with company and business objectives. Work closely with finance and accounting to ensure timely and accurate accruals of the bonus plans. Partner with US/Germany finance groups to ensure that accruals are in line with foreign parent company financials. Troubleshoot discrepancies in accruals with all stakeholders. Responsible for severance bonus calculations. Prepare employee data for departmental annual budget, working closely with finance team to ensure accurate data. Assist in preparing training materials about bonus and merit process, system end user, and any other material as needed. Prepare mid-year performance analysis of operations bonus plans. Preserves confidentiality of employee compensation data
