Your New Role :

The Sr. Business Analyst will play a key role guiding the team as well as key stakeholders across various tasks related to the implementation, administration and support of the Agiloft CLM application and related WBD legal applications, integrations . Other key roles will be improving business processes and aligning key metrics in the CLM process . Typically works on multiple, complex, and/or high-profile projects.

Your Role Accountabilities :

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

• Using business and application knowledge, research requests for assistance and recommend software solutions or process improvements that will meet business needs .

• Identify implicit, unstated, or unrecognized business needs and assist project leads and client in determining software configurations , process reengineering, or other technology solutions .

• Guide efforts and decisions that will determine feasibility of solutions and make recommendations to the project team that will not only provide short-term success but support the accomplishment of long-term business goals.

• Partner with ITBCs and give direction to Analysts for problem resolution across projects.

• Facilitate requirements meetings with customers to determine and prioritize business and system requirements for projects ranging in complexity from medium to high.

• Document , organize and analyze requirements (e.g., business system, security, conversion, and report ing ), functional design and document specifications, and assist with conversion, testing, configuration, training, and other project needs throughout the implementation life cycle .

• Perform walkthroughs and/or prototype demonstrations as needed .

Project Management

• Provide project management for small to medium sized projects , including project planning, development, change control, implementation, issue management, customer relationships, and team leadership .

Support

• Serve as an escalation point for production support . Capture/communicate problem metrics as appropriate , identify and research problem trends, and give guidance to other Analysts w hile resolving process and application issues .

• Facilitate meetings with customers on a regular cadence to discuss and prioritize outstanding issues.

• Work with internal or external subject matter experts to help prevent further problems by recommending bug-fixes, application enhancements, customer training, or report requests .

Training

• Document customer training requirements, participants, and desired time frames , and work with training lead to implement training delivery and documentation. Train customers on an individual or ad-hoc basis as needed.

Reporting

• May run, create, or assist in the development of system reports to provide information to the client.

Other tasks and duties as needed to support the team and/or business.

Qualifications & Experiences:

• At least 5 years combined technical and functional business experience

• Demonstrated ability to successfully perform all aspects of the Analyst role across multiple systems with custom and /or third-party applications

• Ability to work as part of a self-directed team, in which you determine your tasks daily in coordination with co-workers, rather than waiting for work to be assigned

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Demonstrated skills using the MS Office suite and process improvement techniques

• Experience leading projects through structured a development methodology (Agile / Waterfall)

• Experience with detailed creation of functional requirements and design documentation as a part of the software implementation lifecycle

• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience creating and delivering presentations to executive stakeholders

• Ability to handle multiple complex assignments concurrently

Not Required but preferred experience:

• E xperience working with Legal systems including experience with one or more of the following: Agiloft , iManage, eDocs, Avvoka , CounselLink , eCounsel or Adobe Sign

• Experience working in a national or global company

• Comfortable working in a highly iterative and somewhat unstructured environment
