The Solutions Architect is responsible for the architecture and solution design of Inspire’s multi-brand Enterprise & Franchisee Applications ecosystem which is the backbone of critical functions within Inspire such as HR, Accounting, franchise operations, and guest support. This person will lead complex projects and ensure the success of application solution development and rollouts. The person will also serve as a subject matter expert and trusted technical advisor to the Inspire Executive and Leadership team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and architect scalable and distributed Digital E-Commerce Platforms using cloud and other emerging technologies.

• Collaborate with other Solution architects to design a unified multi-brand digital platform that will work across all Inspire Brands.

• Design solutions that are scalable and flexible to support different brand demands.

• Influence the successful implementation of these designs and architectures by managing expectations and risks and balancing tactical and strategic approaches.

• Work with the business to understand and solve complex problems, by presenting various solution options and technical concepts in a comprehensible manner.

• Collaborate with the delivery teams to provide direction and design in an Agile environment.

• Creates reliable solution plans that include cost estimates and optimized delivery approaches by working with the business and technology teams, enforcing governance and compliance activities for the solution.

• Identify new disruptive technologies to provide business value.

• Create and participate in the establishment of domain models and common services and Lead/support efforts for Digital Technology and Application Rationalization.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• 4 Year Degree in Computer Science or Engineering Preferred

• Graduate Degree in Computer Science Preferred

• Minimum: 10+ years of experience in application design and development, and systems life cycle management

• 5+ years of architecture experience working on complex enterprise systems

• 3+ years of e-commerce experience in the food or retail industry

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES

• Demonstrable experience with implementing solution ecosystems involving multiple SaaS, and on-prem/cloud application ecosystems.

• Demonstrable experience with implementing IAM and SSO solutions across multiple SaaS, and on-prem/cloud application ecosystems.

• Experience with various integration technologies such as APIs, message bus, event bus, and managed file transfer. Integration using different middleware is a plus.

• Expertise in creating solutions involving ServiceNow (CSM), Oracle ERP, Sharepoint, and Microsoft PowerBI.

• Strong demonstrable experience leading architecture development for enterprise-scale systems in public clouds (Azure, AWS, Oracle), preferably with Azure experience.

• Experience converting business requirements to designs and user stories.

• Experience working in an Agile environment across multiple scrum teams.

• Excellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills.

• Deep knowledge and experience in REST API, Micro-services, SwaggerHub, Java, Spring Boot, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Experience working with both RDBMS and NoSQL databases.

• Deep understanding of Application, Infrastructure, and security architecture and non-functional aspects like Performance, Scalability, Reliability, Availability, and all the so-called “capabilities” of a system.

• Expertise in Java, and Spring boot and willing to work on Proof of Concepts when required.

• Finalize the project use cases and requirements with the business and development team.

• Provide project cost estimates to the business.

• Provide sign-off on project and/or application architecture and deployment.

This position sits within our Atlanta Support Center with an expectation to be onsite 80% of the time
