Shipping Clerk

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Description:

We are seeking a Shipping Clerk to support the production of small drones. This role involves receiving, warehousing, and issuing materials, processing shipping and receiving tasks, and assisting the Shipping & Receiving Manager with shipment processing. You will also collaborate with inventory and purchasing teams to manage material consumption, replenishment, and storage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, warehouse, and issue materials for drone production

• Process shipping and receiving tasks accurately

• Prepare products for freight shipments

• Assist with shipment processing and ensure timely transfer of production components to inventory

• Collaborate with inventory and purchasing teams to manage material needs

• Maintain material traceability and accuracy of inventory locations

Essential Skills:

• Experience in shipping/receiving, packaging, and labeling

• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to multitask with minimal supervision

• U.S. Person status for access to export-controlled data

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of fast-paced warehouse experience

• Knowledge of UAV/UAS, drones, avionics, optical payloads, and electrical systems

• Experience with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers)

• Familiarity with FOD (Foreign Object Debris), ISO9001, and AS9100

• Experience with FAA RS, APU maintenance, electrical harnesses is a plus

Pay Rate:

-$22-$28/hr( based on experience and interview)

Shift/Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM,

• Monday through Friday

• Overtime required
