Description

This is a business facing role, needing to have great communication in order to speak/present to executive leadership. They will be charge of representing corporate IT at all sites.

Required Qualifications:

• College Degree Required

• 5+ years’ experience in an IT Support role in an ITIL focused environment

• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

• Microsoft 365 (SharePoint experience a plus)

• Microsoft Active Directory and Azure/Entre ID

• Microsoft Windows, Intune, Microsoft Autopilot, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, macOS, and iOS (JAMF and Kandji a plus)

• VMware vCenter, Cisco Meraki, and Microsoft Azure
