The Product Manager (PM) will be part of a global organization within Microsoft Identity’s and Network Access division delivering a Customer Care experience for some of the largest and most complex organizations. In this role you will partner with product managers, engineering, leads of support teams, and the customer service and support organization to increase customer satisfaction and build long term customer value through long term relationships.
A successful candidate for this role has a demonstrated track record of thoughtful leadership in all phases of large and complex projects and their lifecycles. Data Analytics experience creating specs for data sets, data models, reports, and dashboards to garner action through insights is a fundamental capability orchestrated by this role. Facilitation of work across multiple teams, familiarity with how technical support works, and a passion for all aspects of the customer experience are a must.

Lead projects enabling the customer care experience by identifying and driving organizational wide program improvements
Understand the business needs and translate demand into specs for the creation of data sets, data models, and data orchestration pipelines sourcing raw source data into reports and dashboards.
Management and ownership of Devops work items and iterations to ensure cross discipline efficiency.
Develop insights, reports, dashboards with key learnings on customer experience and present insights to leadership.
Driving planning cycles on your work and in partnership with other teams to ensure data availability and accuracy in a timely manner to meet business needs.
Periodically adjust working hours according to business needs, including weekends, and participation in on-call rotations.
7+ years of experience leading projects demonstrating Product Management skills
S./B.A. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated experience extracting data insights from ad-hoc data analysis, leveraging queries, data lineage, and application of data schema. Industry experience with Power BI, Excel, data modeling, experience with data mining tools and techniques such as SQL and Kusto Query Language or equivalent to drive business decision making.
Demonstrated experience with technical support delivery.
Data Engineering preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
