Overview

Responsibilities:

• • Lead the development and implementation of the organization's integration strategy and roadmap.
• • Design and architect robust integration solutions to connect diverse applications and systems.
• • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• • Oversee the selection and deployment of integration tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration development teams.
• • Conduct feasibility assessments and risk analyses for proposed integration projects.
• • Ensure compliance with industry standards, data security, and regulatory requirements in integration solutions.
• • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues in a timely manner.
• • Collaborate with project managers to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
• • Stay current on emerging trends and advancements in integration technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in integration development, with a focus on leading integration initiatives.

• In-depth knowledge of integration patterns, middleware technologies, and API management.

• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or others relevant to integration.

• Experience with cloud-based integration platforms and services / Strong experience in Azure Logic Apps and/or Dell Boomi.

• Proven ability to design and implement scalable and high-performance integration solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Project management experience is desirable.

• Relevant certifications in integration technologies are a plus.
