This position will be responsible for tactical planning and execution of the daily operations and strategic initiatives. The selected candidate will coordinate daily priorities between Pratt & Whitney and the 3PL, set and drive projects and lead improvement projects for the site. This role will team with Pratt & Whitney internal customers and support organizations to ensure 100% operational capabilities. This position requires a well-developed analyst with strong communication skills, knowledge of SAP, warehousing processes, reporting development and project management.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive results across the organization to ensure GM leader’s intent is met

  • Engage with 3PL in support of daily/monthly operational goals and metrics

  • Identify, lead and drive results on strategic projects including SAP testing and implementations

  • Ensure SAP / WAWF aligned in support of our US government customer

  • Support GM with 3PL costs and MML alignment.

  • Own and oversee the 3PL on inventory processes and related functions.

  • Drive timely and effective identification of root cause and resolution of corrective actions

  • Establish / update standard work for process improvements.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor degree in business, supply chain, or other related field and 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, warehousing, or other related field.

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

    Qualifications We Prefer:

  • SAP Experience (operational and reporting) and related analytical skills

What is my role type?

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
