About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Regional Coach Division Manager with National Branch Growth & Enablement as part of Consumer, Small & Business Banking.This individual will lead a team of Regional Coaches (and Regional Coach Senior Manager(s)) to deliver scalable workshops, along with targeted coaching (new DMs and REs identified by Division Executive) and supporting branch leadership in identifying opportunities and providing feedback, all focused-on management routines, behavior skill development, affluent, small business and partner product activities.
You will directly work with Region Executives and Division Executives to provide influential consulting focused on creating growth though lasting behavior change.

In this role, you will:
Observe planning and oversee workshop delivery by Regional Coaches
Provide coaching, development and feedback to the Regional Coaches and Senior Manager(s) through participating in regional coach routines (Prepare and Deliver workshops, Support skill development of select DMs in branch visits, Regional Coach division level team meeting, RE Region Leadership call, Regional Coach planning touch base, RE meeting with Regional Coaches, RE Leadership Team Meeting, 1:1, RE group Business review including affluent review, Division level Regional Coach business review).
Solicit feedback through workshop surveys and from DE, RE, DM to inform on effectiveness of the Regional Coach and Senior Manager(s) in their routines.
Actively participate and contribute to assigned workstreams building workshops and other content.
Occasionally lead workshops.
Branch Visits
Observe Regional Coach in branch visits with select DMs as identified by the Region or Division executives.
Conduct branch visits to coach the behavior framework, management cycle, and affluent activities with select DMs and REs (i.e. new DMs and REs identified by Division Executives) to support their understanding and execution of the behavior framework, management cycle, affluent priorities, small business priorities, and other focus areas.
Support Branch leadership in identifying opportunities and providing feedback
Identify opportunities and align with Division and Regional Executives and District Managers, leveraging workshop/branch observations and feedback to implement simple actions to accelerate success
Develop Regional Coaches to identify opportunities and provide feedback, leveraging workshop/branch observations and feedback to implement simple actions to accelerate success.
Lead resource in how to effectively execute and leverage behavior framework, management cycle, affluent, small business activities, and referrals to other partner products.
Ensure that district managers are supported by Regional Coaches in facilitation of District Manager-led Branch Manager meetings.
Consulted by Division, Regional and District Managers on performance evaluations for those you and your team have interacted with through Regional Coach routines.
Support of Division Executive and Region Executives through participation in Manager routines.
Team development
Monitor organizational budget and manage expenses.
Identify and develop high potential talent with lens for diversity leveraging enterprise definitions, resources, and system of record.
Intentionally build an engaged and diverse team and cultivate an inclusive environment.
Develop and accelerate Regional Coaching team skills for acceleration of performance in supported regions.
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of Management experience
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of behavior framework and how to drive performance in branches
Expert in understanding of the behavior framework, management cycle, and affluent and small business activities, and how each leads to improved customer experience and business growth
Understanding of the Branch P&L/scorecard and how to identify areas for improvement; fluent in data and prioritization of opportunities based on impact
Broad understanding of how the bank branches operate
Proven ability to coach/manage others, driving behavior change and large-scale training intrinsics
Strong coaching, partnership, and influence skills to guide prioritization and effective skill execution at multiple levels (without direct authority)
Ability to communicate the why, show coach, practice, and guide effective behavior execution to support employee development and success
Proven written, oral, and presentation skills, including dynamic and engaging workshop facilitation to drive employee knowledge and skill
Highly organized in order to deliver in a dynamic environment with competing priorities
Highly organized with strong detail orientation, ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
Effectively self-manage, using effective organizational capabilities and stakeholder engagement, managing simultaneous efforts while remaining agile to emerging priorities

Actual salary is determined by location, experience and qualifications of the job
Compensation of role based on evaluation provided by DE and REs and performance improvement observed in the regions and proficiency of overall expectations of the role.
