Republic National Distributing Company Quality Assurance Tester - Lead in Atlanta, Georgia
The Lead Quality Assurance Tester will be responsible for the planning and coordination of testing for multiple projects and enhancements. Making resource assignments and allocations to maximize high-quality testing. Set the standards for the preparation and coordination of testing, requirement elicitation, documentation, planning, execution, and status reporting of test scripts, which supports critical business operations for projects and enhancements across the enterprise, in such a way as to meet and exceed the company’s objectives by performing the following duties.
• Lead the test planning activities
• Perform test execution planning and coordination
•Identification of test scenarios as a function of requirements review or testing planning meetings
• Documentation of test scenarios
• Preparation for and execution of test scenarios
• Classification and reporting of test results with the guidelines of the test plan
Bachelor’s Degree from a 4 year college or university with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject preferred. The following experience and demonstrated knowledge is also required: • Experience in software development • Experience in leading software quality assurance initiatives • Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases • Experience validating and analyzing requirements • Experience with ERP Systems • Experience with Defect tracking tools • Knowledge of SQL and scripting• Knowledge of Agile Tools (ServiceNow, TFS, JIRA, VersionOne, CA), Microsoft Excel, PPT, Word, Visio, or other BPM related tools.
