Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Print Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end production process of print projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of print production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:

  • Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of print projects from conception to delivery.

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.

  • Client Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

  • Gather client requirements and translate them into clear project specifications.

  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the project lifecycle.

  • Quality Control:

  • Ensure all print materials meet quality standards and client specifications.

  • Conduct thorough reviews and approvals at various stages of the print production process.

  • Collaborate with design and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.

  • Vendor Management:

  • Identify, select, and negotiate with print vendors and suppliers.

  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

  • Evaluate vendor performance and quality to maintain high standards.

  • Budget Management:

  • Track and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are kept within agreed-upon limits.

  • Provide regular budget updates and reports to stakeholders.

  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

  • Process Improvement:

  • Continuously assess and improve print production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

  • Implement best practices and industry standards across all print projects.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in print production.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 of years of experience in print project management or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of print production processes, materials, and techniques.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
