Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience with Supply Chain Operations and Inventory Management.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience across all phases of a product from prototype to mass production to end of life .
Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI).
Experience delivering products, with knowledge of project management.
Ability to customize communications based on the audience.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups.

As a Material Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring supply chain readiness for multiple programs with specific attention to: cost optimization, multi-sourcing and material readiness and availability for new product prototype builds and mass production ramp-ups. You will work with Engineering, Supply Chain Operations, Supply and Demand Planning, Global Commodity Management, and Supplier/Integration partners.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Create and implement new processes centered around material management, lead time reduction, PO placements and risk buy.
Drive material and supply chain readiness for all NPI builds from concept phase through End of Life.
Serve as the primary materials liaison with Suppliers, manage spend against project budgets, and manage production risk buys and strategic buffers.
Identify and communicate supply chain risks and mitigation plans to ensure materials readiness for production builds as well as supply continuity into production.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure data integrity.
