Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.

  • Experience in procurement supply chain logistics and agreement management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Paralegal qualification or equivalent practical experience overseeing third party vendor scope of work (SOW) in logistics and manufacturing.

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

  • Proficiency with logistics and manufacturing profit and loss (P&L) and third-party vendor agreement standards for exemplary operations.

  • Lean logistics and manufacturing agreement knowledge and various logistics incentive programs.

  • Excellent drafting and consulting skills along with excellent business judgment and problem solving.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. The Cloud Supply Chain Operations (CSCO) team monitors the physical and network infrastructure behind Google’s technology and holds responsibility for keeping the servers, networks, and logistics processes in Google’s global fleet of data centers running smoothly and efficiently. We strive to be diverse, creative, team-oriented technicians and managers working daily to operate systems in Google’s data centers, changing contemporary computing.

Governance and Infrastructure team reinventing the way the extended workforce is managed across the Technical Infrastructure product area. You will have direct experience in agreement management with third-party logistics, automation, contract manufacturing, and indirect category suppliers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Liaise with Legal, Finance, and Global Procurement to develop standardized templates globally, aggregate and manage agreement risks, and design incentive programs within logistics and manufacturing.

  • Contribute thought leadership and assist the Legal and Global Procurement teams with a broad array of Technical Infrastructure (TI) agreement matters, and manage the internal agreement lifecycle, including RFP/RFQ, vendor onboarding/off-boarding, and pricing analytics.

  • Participate in maintenance, update all agreement policies and procedures, and manage Legal forms and templates.

  • Design vendor scorecards, and conduct value leakage analysis and mitigation plans.

  • Assist with building/implementing vendor scorecards and standards to deliver continual improvement.
