Job Title: Production Lead

Job Description

As a Production Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the manufacturing process in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing daily activities, minimizing costs, and ensuring that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner. Your tasks will include leading pre-shift production meetings, ensuring associates meet quality expectations, training and coaching on safety and productivity standards, maintaining inventory accuracy, and addressing any mechanical, quality, or safety issues during your shift. The ultimate goal is to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and on-time delivery through excellence in all operational facets.

Work Environment

The work environment is warm, and the role requires physical activity, including moving and pushing heavy items. Shift timings are from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
