How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

The Production Control Auditor reconciles all maintenance visit related paperwork and conducts auditing of task cards, following the plan identified by the Lead Auditor. At the beginning of their shift, they work with the Lead Auditor to set daily goals in relation to the task(s) assigned. The Auditor will escalate to the Lead any issues encountered during the shift and assist if needed in identifying solutions. They will ensure that work completed is accurately documented and recorded. The Auditor will ensure adequate turnover information is provided to the team in preparation for the oncoming

shift.

  • Conducts quality audits for work documents, documents findings, and reports to Base Maintenance

  • leadership to ensure corrections of any discrepancies and to endure quality.

  • Performs production control activities such as processing Hangar Equipment paperwork, reviewing and

  • auditing Hangar Maintenance paperwork (including electronic format) for accuracy and compliance,

  • production information, updating computer systems, and invoicing.

  • Works with the Hangar Maintenance personnel to ensure all work packages are assembled in a timely

  • manner to support the Base Maintenance operation. Answer the phone and provides good customer service.

  • The Auditor will work with Work Center Operations in D248 to analyze current process to improve

  • procedures.

  • Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational process and procedures.

  • Organize, maintain, and submit monthly invoices for D248.

The minimum starting hourly rate for this position is $20.55 with a potential maximum hourly rate of $21.14. The ability to reach the maximum hourly rate is dependent upon several other offered premiums (Examples would include but not limited to - Airframe and Powerplant license, Shift differential, Station location differential, Line Maintenance differential, Skill differential).

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • Demonstrates that privacy is a priority when handling personal data.

  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.

  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

  • Must have a valid driver's license.

  • Must be able to read and write English.

  • Must meet the physical requirements which qualify a person to perform essential job functions.

  • Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure.

  • Must be a team player and a self-starter.

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and either rotating or fixed shifts.

  • Quality Audit, ensuring documentation is competed to published standards

  • Basic Problem Solving

  • Good Customer Service

  • Must be performing satisfactory in present position.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

  • Previous Operations experience is preferred.

  • Operating knowledge of computer programs used at Delta, such as Maintenance Connection and Microsoft

  • Office products is desired.
