Responsibilities

  • Researching customer / partner scenarios and industry trends, listen and understand customer requirements, and translate them into viable product roadmaps, strategy, and motions

  • Analyzing and tracking storage performance characteristics and requirements

  • Innovate new capabilities or enhance existing processes to remove frictions in the customer experience

  • Drive end to end product development including product specification, user experience, price-performance model, go to market plan and growth initiatives

Qualifications

Req uired Qualifications:

  • 3 years of related work experience in product management or software engineering; or equivalent transferable skills.

  • BA/BS degree in computer science, engineering or related disciplines; or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to work with virtual teams through ambiguity

  • Dependable, self-motivated, self-directed, and able to lead and motivate a high-energy team

  • Technical background and solid foundation in software engineering principles and architecture design. Knowledge of on-premises storage systems is a plus

  • Knowledge of on-premises storage systems or storage performance is a plus

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and coordination skills

  • Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related disciplines

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
