About the Job
Are you ready to help lead the deployment of next-generation Strategic Asset Management (SAM) across multiple verticals/industries in the North American market? In Brightly terms, SAM involves the management of the maintenance of physical assets of an organization through each asset’s lifecycle. SAM solutions, when delivered properly, cover all elements of facility management, from basic work order, preventive maintenance, and compliance tasks, up to and including operational budgeting, capital forecasting, energy management, sustainability, decarbonization and master planning. It is a people, process, and technology solution offering.
The Partner Program Manager role is crucial to the growth of our comprehensive solutions in all verticals, including Healthcare, Higher Education, Government, Manufacturing, and 3rd Party Engineering firms that can multiply the value of the solution offerings. You will be the business leader and connector for all solutions and disciplines in the facility management space. You will drive incremental growth by leveraging the entire Brightly portfolio including vertical specific CMMS, Capital Planning and Energy Management solutions, and will also identify and support potential links to Siemens Smart Infrastructure technologies and solutions where appropriate.
Relationship development with key internal organizations at the Executive and regional sales levels, as well as with various marketing organizations is needed to clearly understand customer needs and translate those needs into actionable requirements. Active engagement, support of, and strategizing with sales, marketing and product management leadership is essential to the success of this role.
This role will drive and coordinate partner engagements with executives in the pursuit of promoting the Brightly SAM value proposition. You will also serve as a support to partnership team and direct sales teams to enhance strategic account development in targeted geographic or other specialty areas. You will actively pulse assigned accounts to understand the competitive environment, anticipate market trends and demands in order to develop and present business proposals for product / portfolio strategic initiatives.
What you will do
• Interact and collaborate directly with program stakeholders, including purchasing cooperative, partners, and mid-market sales to drive over all goals for cooperatives and buying groups.
• Achieve targeted YoY growth for co-ops and buying groups
• Manage the process of developing and maintaining strong relationships to ensure that Brightly Software (BSW) is the leading asset management software for purchasing group
• Vet and pursue new buying groups that expand market reach for Brightly Software
• Drive efficiency and effectiveness in reporting and payment process. Ensure reports and payments are submitted to Co-ops with accuracy and at required frequency
• Provide, Manage, and Maintain marketing information for each Co-op or buying group including BSW webpage on Co-op site and marketing campaigns with Members
• Support new partner intake and on-boarding processes
• Approximately 25% domestic travel anticipated

The pay range for this position is $73,500- $126,000. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
What you need
• Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, or similar field of study
• 1-3+ years of prior experience working with Purchasing Cooperatives and/or B2B Relationships
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite (Power Point and Excel)
• Ability to present information (written and oral), and to lead/facilitate group activities and workshops
