WSP USA Oracle HCM Module Lead, Reporting in Atlanta, Georgia

This Opportunity

WSP is currently seeking a Oracle HCM Module Lead to join our ream. This position can be located out of any of WSP US Regional office locations.

Your Impact

  • Lead all hands-on production support work related to assigned module(s)

  • Partner with vendor technical staff to deliver on a variety of enhancements

  • Collaborating/Business Partner with regional subject matter experts

  • Clarify and documents business requirements and assesses capacity & capability to deliver within production support team

  • Studies quarterly release notes and recommends features for adoption

  • Advocate for global improvements aligned to stakeholder priorities

  • Deliver work based provided prioritization

  • In accordance with individual skillset, performs hands-on configuration and development within assigned module(s) following established and approved operational processes

  • Second level of escalation for HelpDesk tickets in your area of speciality

  • Participate in testing during quarterly upgrades

  • Trains business users as needed

  • Maintain project management tools for your scope of deliverables

  • Collaborates with global Subject Matter Experts and WSP implementation team counterparts to ensure alignment

  • Proactively monitors system (reporting, data integrity, transaction console etc.) for emerging issues and trends;

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of related experience in supplier and internal stakeholder management in a similar ERP support role

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Compensation:

Expected Salary (all locations): $86,700 - $154,330

WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.

Expected Salary (Colorado only): $86,700 - $144,870

WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position within the state of Colorado, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
