Onsite High Volume Sourcer - 3-month W2 Contract

A remarkable opportunity awaits a high-volume Sourcer. This role demands a recruiter who excels in managing large-scale recruitment needs with finesse, navigating the fast-paced nature of high-volume recruiting in the Insurance Industry seamlessly. Comfortable with working ON SITE Monday through Thursday and Friday Remotely. The ideal candidate thrives in client-facing interactions and is adept at understanding the nuanced requirements of both candidates and employers within the landscape. By leveraging their extensive experience and relationship-building skills, this recruiter will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment efforts, ensuring optimal staffing solutions that contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

Required

• 2+ years of high-volume sourcing experience

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience with searching social media, job boards, internal ATS system

• Ability to go to our client's office in the North Buckhead area

Nice to Have

*Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree

• Experience with Beamery

• Experience sourcing Claim Adjusters, Underwriters Distribution, and some exposure to IT.
