Adecco US, Inc. Office Admin in Atlanta, Georgia

Our client, a large provider & system integrator of wireless voice, video, & data solutions in Atlanta, GA is adding an Office Admin to their growing team. This is a 6-month contract position. The initial two months will involve shadowing and learning from the current Office Admin, followed by four months of filling in during a leave of absence. The schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and is 100% on-site. If you have office admin experience, are strong with Microsoft Excel and you are incredibly detailed orientated, please APPLY!

What you’ll do weekly:

  • 10 hours: Office Admin support. Answer phones, greet visitors, etc.

  • 20 hours: Assist with project tracking and data entry in Excel.

  • 10 hours: Support sales and events departments as needed.

What you need to be successful:

  • Proficiency with Excel - data entry and tracking. Strong attention to detail.

  • Previous office admin experience would be an advantage (supporting 10-15 employees)

  • Strong customer service skills – in person, over the phone and via email.

  • Oracle/JDE invoicing experience would be a plus.

  • Possess a positive attitude, good energy and be coachable.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
