Job Description

A healthcare client is looking for a strong Nursing Optimization & Support Manager. This position is made for nurses, by nurses, with the goal to improve the lives of all nurses at this health system. This program promises to provide tools, training, and support needed to utilize technology to advance safe, high quality, and efficient patient care. This role is not patient facing, rather, the resource will assist in building out a variety of different existing and new aspects of the program including macros, timely flowsheet documentation, documentation reduction, EPIC fall scale, unified communications / handheld device, and vRN governance. This resource must work cross functionally across the organization and be comfortable building relationships from the c suite down. Additionally, this candidate must feel comfortable with coordinating design sessions, setting forth detailed roadmaps and charts, collaborating with the EPIC Build team to make sure capacity is where it needs to be, helping to facilitate with the informatics team, and overall logistic work.

Skills and Requirements

· BSN or Masters in Nursing

 · 2-3 years nursing leadership experience

 · Previous bedside nursing experience

 · EPIC experience

Good with leveraging data null
