Olympusat National Advertising Sales Manager, Digital - South in atlanta, Georgia

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, highly motivated National Advertising Sales Manager, Digital to join us in Atlanta, Dallas, or Houston. The ideal candidates will have in-depth knowledge of their regional market and competitive landscape with proven experience in generating digital media revenues and meeting targeted goals. The individuals will connect and build mutually beneficial relationships with digital and traditional media agencies, national brands, political and cause-related entities, or individuals that have a desire to reach their target audience through Olympusat’s Freetv and FAST, ad supported video products in the United States. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, self-starters, excellent relationships with top advertising agencies, along with a drive to succeed. This role is located in a top DMA in the respective region: Atlanta, Dallas, or Houston.

  • Develop and manage durable and recurring revenue producing relationships with clients and agencies for USA ad sales for FREETV and Olympusat’s FAST/Free Ad Supported TV channels.

  • Develop new business through selling commercial advertising time and impressions by reaching out to brands, agencies, and other advertising buyers.

  • Prospect for new business and build a full pipeline of sales leads.

  • Create and present advertising strategies and ideas for clients incorporating Olympusat digital advertising properties.

  • Provide input on sales promotion ideas to sales management.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or related field.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not needed for USA territory.

  • 5 + years’ digital media sales experience. Additional video sales experience a plus!

  • Agency account management experience also a plus.

  • At least 2+ years’ experience selling OTT/TV/Cable Ads desired.

  • Experience with digital video and OTT/CTV platforms.

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to understand clients’ needs and manage the sales negotiation process.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Salesforce.

  • Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.

  • Competitive, persuasive, energetic, and self-motivated traits with the ability to overcome objections.

  • Working knowledge of new media and digital interactive initiatives.

  • Must have extensive digital advertising industry experience and business insight.

  • Experience with conceptualizing digital and integrated ideas and writing proposals for major accounts.

  • Must have established relationships with top agencies in region.

  • Knowledge of video advertising, research, ad sales, and traffic operations.

  • Understanding of consumer data management, inventory management, pricing, estimates, planning, and campaign stewardship.

  • Extremely detailed oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
