Inspire Resources, LLC seeks Managers, Performance Quality Assurance in Atlanta, GA.

  • Lead QA team in writing, maintaining, and executing automated, integration, testing development and execution.
  • Attend the project Kick-off meetings with stakeholders to understand the business goals with the objective to ensure a quality product gets delivered in the scheduled timelines.
  • Review and understand the Technical Specification documents of the project.
  • Discuss with Business Team, Product Owner and Development Team and Suggest changes to improve system.
  • Prepare a detailed test plan on the stories/requirements to be validated.
  • Develop test automation framework, written using Java, Selenium, POM, Maven and TestNG, BDD Cucumber, Spring framework with GitLab for Digital Platform.
  • Test Data Management using API, DB, and JSON. Perform Code Review of Test Automation code created by team members using GitLab and approve/object based on feedback.
  • Test Automation of POS (point of sale) using EggPlant automation tool. Plan/design performance testing approaches for digital, stores, and Enterprise applications.
  • Setup new Relic dashboards for monitoring resource usage and forecast load in production.
  • Data Ingestion, Big Data, and Customer Data Platform test automation design and development.
  • Implement continuous integration to make code more stable and help in detecting any bugs early.
  • Provide technical solutions to make the current process more efficient and re-usable.
  • Implement test automation for analytics (web, data, and mobile analytics).
  • Analyze test failures and accordingly segregate them under categories like locator issue, test data issue, timeout issues, uncaught exception etc.
  • Prioritize all failures and fix them in this order- locator issue, test data issue, and uncaught exceptions.
  • Collaborate with Cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Project Managers, Engineering, System Analyst/Business Analyst, DevOps, Release Manager, and Business Team) daily to ensure the project is completed on time.
  • Demonstrate the requirement implementations to the Product Manager and seek sign-off.
  • Once the application is deployed, run the critical test under production release, and if everything goes will then provide sign off from an automation perspective.
  • Perform onsite and offshore team co-ordination, assign tasks to offshore team and help them with their queries with respect to application functionality.
  • Partner with teams to accelerate time to value through minimizing manual regression testing, maximizing impact of automation as part of CI/CD, and targeting the right tests at the right time.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage test automation frameworks, tools, and technologies to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive the automation strategy and identify opportunities for test automation, both at the unit and integration levels.
  • The position will supervise 18 to 20 subordinates in the following positions: QA Lead, Automation Engineer, Contractors.

[Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field plus 5 years of related experience. Requires 5 years of experience in the following: setting performance baselines, developing and executing performance test strategies and performance test plans; identifying and mitigating performance bottlenecks and ensuring system performance meets baselines; setting up and maintaining Web/API Automation Frameworks from scratch; Selenium with BDD framework; implementing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/Gitlab/GitHub Actions and docker; writing SQL queries for database testing; monitoring application performance using tools like AppDynamics and New Relic; execute existing automation frameworks.
