Our client is looking for Legal Secretary candidates to fill their exciting, growing firm's opening for an individual with passion for the legal field. This position is for candidates who can prioritize numerous tasks at once, and have the drive to succeed and further your career. Key responsibilities

• Edit and format litigation documents

• Address clients with legal correspondences

• E-file documents via PeachCourt and Odyssey

• Coordinate and schedule client meetings

• Handle trial preparations

• Ensure calendars and billing sheets are up to date

  Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Must have excellent time management skills

• Knowledgeable about and experienced with legal correspondence and court filing procedures is a plus

• Knowledgeable in local jurisdictional and federal court rules and procedures

• Prowess in database management

• Prowess with word processing and spreadsheets highly sought after

• Foundational knowledge in Court Filings

• Calendaring experience preferred

• Solid understanding of trial notebooks
