DescriptionJob Summary:As a Lead Software Solution Architect, you create quality automation solutions connecting various platforms, products, and services. You will lead with an automation mindset and deliver operational improvements of processes across the global organization while playing a critical role maintaining and administering our center of excellence around these disciplines.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Works with the architecture team to create proof of concepts for new technologies and assists in determining which are a fit for the organizationActs as a liaison to internal and external teams and assists in the onboarding, implementation and development of new components, services, etc.Continuous development and improvement of business workflows using automationBuild/adjust infrastructure and automation-suites for new featuresWork closely with engineering, product management, project management, and support teams to ensure alignment of objectives and timelinesMeet and coordinate with stakeholders to establish system goals and requirementsConducts code reviews, ensure alignment with center of excellence standards and practicesExhibits a leadership style and force multiplier that helps to grow others around the organizationServes as a key collaborative team player and leader working on a scrum team, participating in all ceremoniesEnsure work products align with expectations for performance, scalability, cost-effectiveness, and ease of maintenanceReports or participates in the creation of project status on a weekly basisProvides day-to-day leadership and project management as neededPromote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to technical knowledge base and providing documentationCompetencies:Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem-solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.Balances team and individual responsibilities; Gives and welcomes feedback; Contributes to building a positive team spirit; Puts success of team above own interests; Able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives.Writes clearly and informatively; Able to read and interpret written information.Follows policies and procedures; Completes administrative tasks correctly and on time; Supports organization's goals and values; Supports affirmative action and respects diversity.Adapts to changes in the workenvironment; Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.Consistently at work and on time.Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.Volunteers readily; Seeks increased responsibilities; Asks for and offers help when neededSets and achieves challenging goals; Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles.Reacts well under pressure; Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or positionDemonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Applies feedback to improve performance.Meets productivity standards; Completes work in timely manner; Strives to increase productivity; Works quickly.Qualifications:Strong experience with integration platform as a service (iPaas) such as Jitterbit, Workato, Boomi, etc.5 or more years of experience as an automation engineer, using multiple platforms, frameworks and solutions3 or more years of client-facing project management experienceExpertise and vast experience with implementing integration projectsExperience working on enterprise-level business...
