Kohler Co. seeks Lead Industrial Designers for its Mooresville, NC location to develop aesthetic drivers that define the brand and subsequent progression of each product in their requisite product category (bathing, showering enclosures, bathroom water delivery, performance showering, toileting, and decorative accessories) by taking into consideration style, function, and cost objectives. Operate as the key design expert for across product categories. Position requires up to 10% domestic and international travel.
