TEKsystems IT Technical Support in Atlanta, Georgia

TEKsystems is looking for an IT Support Technician that would be responsible for the installation, maintenance (Hardware and Software), and project support of pcs, laptops and printers, ensuring all applicable support metrics are met. These systems are installed, maintained, and repaired in accordance with established standards, service levels and operational processes . This position is responsible for supporting Windows 10/11 operating systems, Office 365 support, pc hardware maintenance, life-cycle pc replacements, including imaging, delivery, and setup in a large enterprise network, as well as moblie pcs in company vehicles. This position requires daily driving between sites in the South Metro Atlanta area for on-site technical support, as needed.

Qualifications:

Excellent Customer Service skills

Knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot and repair pc hardware, operating systems, and associated peripheral and software components

Proficiency with Windows 10, MS Office and Mobile devices

Ability to follow established processes and procedures

Ability to work independently, self-starter, organized, with good time management skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Must have good verbal and written communications skills
