Learn about developing category strategies for managed categories and validate them with Global and Regional Category Managers, internal collaborators, and customers. Assist with strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiation planning, and supplier and industry analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Cost Management & Analysis
Assist in identifying and evaluating category-specific savings/revenue levers.
Support in driving category savings/revenue and scorecard metric targets.
Support in gathering market information and category price trends for our collaborators within the company.
Apply should-cost models for assigned categories that are benchmarked and relevant to the global marketplace.
Category Management & Strategic Sourcing
Assist in implementing processes to monitor collaborator happiness with key suppliers.
Assist in analyzing sourcing trends and making recommendations for assigned categories.
Collaborate in supplier segmentation and strategic goal-setting.
Business Partnering
Collaborate with collaborators to deliver strategic solutions.
Support a customer-centric approach to solving issues and advance if necessary.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering, and equivalent experience will be considered for those graduating after September 2025.
