Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for account development and opportunity pipeline, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
Process Evaluation: Lead the assessment and enhancement of business processes by applying value targeting and LEAN methodologies
Stakeholder Management: Utilize industry expertise to guide stakeholders in comprehending and implementing best practices
Project Oversight: Oversee multiple project streams, ensuring the quality of deliverables and focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurable business outcomes
Account Planning: Define objectives and tactical milestones for account deliverables; educate stakeholders on best practices and industry trends
Risk Management: Proactively identify and resolve significant project risks to ensure successful project delivery
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide teams of analysts and consultants, ensuring the quality of project deliverables and fostering effective communication across project teams
Project Pipeline Development: Drive the development of a robust project pipeline, identifying opportunities and aligning them with strategic goals
Solution Design: Develop and present comprehensive solution designs that include presentations, process flows, and feature catalogues to align stakeholders
Documentation Management: Create precise and clear documentation in accordance with Agile frameworks and EPAM best practices
Collaborative Engagement: Work collaboratively with global cross-functional teams to deliver automated solutions in complex organizational contexts
SDLC Involvement: Participate and lead through various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle
Presales Contributions: Play an active role in presales activities, preparing presentations and relevant materials
Automation Assessment: Evaluate and validate business processes for automation potential
Testing and Training: Support user acceptance testing, user training, and the creation of end-user documentation
Requirements
Analytical Skills: Advanced skills in process improvement and business process cost/benefit analysis
Communication Excellence: Proficient in articulating complex technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner
Data Expertise: Strong understanding of relational data concepts and analysis
Technology Proficiency: Extensive experience with technologies such as Automation Anywhere, Pega, UiPath, or MS Power Automate
Methodological Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile and ITIL principles
Problem-solving Skills: Advanced problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
Strategic Vision: Demonstrated understanding of strategic planning and comprehensive process assessment
Process Documentation: Skilled in creating detailed business process diagrams and documents (BRDs, PDDs)
ROI Case Development: Proven ability to build ROI cases for automation solutions, demonstrating their value and impact
Project Track Record: Referenceable experience in leading multi-phase projects over extended durations (3+ years), with a progressive role in the industry
Business Analyst/Consultant Experience: 8+ years in roles involving digitization projects with some exposure to automation projects using AI/ML, BPM, or RPA technologies
Automation Experience: 3+ years of experience in a corporate setting with automation platforms
LEAN Six Sigma: Exposure to LEAN Six Sigma methodologies
Passion for Automation, AI and AI-enabled tools: Enthusiasm for solving challenges in fast-paced environments
Business connections: domain expertise, and personal contacts with leaders within organizations that overlap with EPAM services

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $120,000 - $140,000. In addition, the details highlighted in this job posting above are a general description of all other expected benefits and compensation for the position.
