Electrical Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, motors, conveyors, and light PLC maintenance. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of our industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Repair: Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systems, motors, and conveyors to ensure optimal performance.

  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

  • Light PLC Maintenance: Perform basic programming, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of PLC systems.

  • Installation: Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment, ensuring proper integration and functionality.

  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.

  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

  • Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, specifically with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, motors, conveyors, and light PLC maintenance.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred.

  • Skills: Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, basic proficiency with PLC programming and diagnostics, and knowledge of industrial safety standards.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $66560.00
