About the role

CBRE is seeking a skilled HVAC Mobile Engineer to join our team. As an HVAC Mobile Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) systems in various commercial buildings. This role requires knowledge of HVAC systems, as well as experience with troubleshooting and repairing common issues.

What you’ll do

  • Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems including cleaning coils, changing filters, lubricating parts, and inspecting components for potential issues.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with HVAC equipment such as compressors, motors, fans, belts, refrigerant leaks etc.

  • Perform repairs or replacements of faulty parts and ensure proper functioning of the system.

  • Monitor building automation systems to ensure optimal performance of all HVAC equipment.

  • Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities performed on HVAC systems.

  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding any necessary repairs or replacements needed for their HVAC systems.

What you’ll need

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in HVAC preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as an HVAC technician in a commercial setting.

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their components including chillers, pumps, cooling towers etc.

  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics to diagnose issues with HVAC equipment.
