AccessHR Human Resources Generalist in Atlanta, Georgia
This position requires an experienced individual with excellent people and organizational skills, excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask while ensuring accuracy, and the desire to provide a superior level of customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Administer company policies and procedures
• Provide internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, company policies, etc.
• Respond timely to employee and manager questions/concerns
• Advise managers, supervisors, and administrators in all HR practices
• Handle employee relations issues alongside management including discipline, performance evaluation, termination, FMLA, worker’s comp and other areas as needed
• Assist with day to day responsibilities that are essential to the business operations, as needed
• Complete projects from start to finish, as required
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources
• Paylocity experience preferred
• PHR or SHRM-CP Certification
• Solid oral/written communication skills
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
Education
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred
Other Skills and Abilities
• Familiarity with current software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
