Summary:

Responsible for the daily implementation, operation, and compliance of various human resources information systems, analyzing data, data integrity, including researching, recommending, and explaining HR information systems. This role collaborates with HR department, IT and internal system administrators, consultants, legal counsel, payroll, related vendors and HR personnel. May assist the Director with recommendations for business case analysis, design, selection, development and automation of HRIS to maximize productivity, efficiency, and support company objectives

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Analyzes need analysis and determines hardware and software requirements to meet ongoing data management needs

· Effectively utilizes and manipulates multiple HR and benefits information systems to analyze and interpret data and identify processes that require improvement and support implementation of changes

· Partners with business leaders to define system requirements and RFP process to select platform

· Functions as the primary contact for system implementation, upgrades, and process improvement projects. Analyzes impacts and estimates labor efforts to implement new solutions and enhancements

· Implements and maintains data integrity throughout all HR related systems, internal database files, tables and reports by conducting audits and providing resolution

· Establishes and maintains working relationship with and management of vendors

· Partners with HR and leadership team to develop materials to effectively train end users on how to use systems

· Collaborates with IT and internal system administrators to enhance or develop system integrations, implements external integrations with third party vendors as needed to improve overall efficiency and accuracy of data exchanges

· Provides support for HRIS including but not limited to researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performs scheduled activities, recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements

Required Education,

Experience, and Certifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in an applicable area of study or equivalent experience required

· 4 years HRIS experience

Required Skills and

Competencies:

· Strong knowledge HRIS

· Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, including MS Project and Visio, with advanced proficiency in Excel

· Knowledge and familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll systems

· Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to interface/present information to team members and leadership

· Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with management, corporate/business unit partners and company team members

· Detail oriented with high quality and accuracy

· Highly motivated with ability to work independently and manage time effectively · Demonstrated ability to research problems, apply analytical techniques and follow issues through to resolution

· Well organized and results oriented, with demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments of varying complexity

· Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality
