Kforce HR Deployment Coordinator in Atlanta, Georgia

Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a HR Deployment Coordinator.Summary:The HR Deployment Coordinator is responsible for supporting deployment processes for all geographic markets across the firms lines of service (Advisory, Tax and Assurance), with the objective of enabling the business to send the right people to the right assignments at the right time. This role provides tactical support that enables the team to deliver operational efficiency and effectiveness to our client service staff. The HR Deployment Coordinator is responsible to validate and update all client service staff schedules in the firms forecasting tool and against a standard set of business rules. The HR Deployment Coordinator must pay attention to detail, able to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner, and communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, flexible; with the ability to work well independently and as a team. * High School diploma or GED required * Minimum of 2 years of human resources experience and/or deployment practices * Ability to manage multiple work streams by independently determining priority of tasks * Ability to report production encompassing multiple data points, possibly drawing data from multiple firm systems * Strong computer skills including proficiency with standard Microsoft Applications and Google for Work Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
