For more information, visit .SUMMARYProvides communications support to the Community Guide Office (CGO), Office of the Associate Director for Policy and Strategy, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESInclude but are not limited to:Supports the Community Guide Office\'s (CGO) social media strategy. Activities include writing, coordinating reviews/clearance, and scheduling monthly batches of tweets for CPSTF Twitter; creating graphics; scheduling ad hoc tweets; coordinating CPSTF posts on other social media platforms (CDC Twitter and LinkedIn and CPSTF Liaisons Twitter); monitoring CPSTF Twitter analytics and adjusting our strategy as needed; creating monthly reports of CPSTF social media activity; creating and updating SOPs; and maintaining social media records.Supports \"Did You Know\" (DYK) Infographics work, including writing, coordinating reviews/clearance, and disseminating final DYK infographics of new CPSTF recommendations and findings.Supports CGO\'s Annual Report to Congress (ARC) project team on dissemination activities for the report and the topical spotlight. Activities include creating a dissemination plan, partner list, and promotional pieces (social media posts, graphics, partner email); and monitoring the outcomes. Also, develops and updates a report that summarizes the standard and targeted disseminations and outcomes of the CPSTF ARC.Provide technical writing, editing, and formatting assistance for the development of materials-to include summaries, newsletter articles, and other documents.Deliver plain language web intervention summaries (WIS) based on Task Force Findings and Rationale Statements (TFFRS) and other dissemination products (e.g. fact sheets, one-pagers, blog posts, social media messages, infographics, and web features).Coordinate clearance processes for dissemination products based on CPSTF recommendations and findingsManage the process for disseminating CPSTF findings and Community Guide information online and in other vehicles and avenues.Monitor TheCommunityGuide.org website (which uses a Drupal content management system) and address technical and content issues to ensure presentation of accurate information and website...
