Work you'll do
GFS is continuing the rollout of finance services across the Deloitte Member Firm network. The GFS Process to Pay (PTP) Manager role will be part of the Americas Region on the PTP team. This team is supporting the GFS rollout by managing the accounts payable services to all geographies within the Swift platform. The PTP Manager role will focus on leading the U.S. member firm invoice processing team while collaborating across various teams and geographies. This role will be key to enabling GFS to meet its objectives and deliver its vision to the Deloitte network.
Understand GFS' business strategy and process requirements
Work closely with the PTP leadership team to strategize and streamline processes across all geographies
Lead the day-to-day activities for U.S. accounts payable invoice processing including invoice validation and processing, account reconciliations, quarterly accruals, maintaining the GFS PTP Website, and customer service
Create and maintain accurate and timely deliverables
Collaborate with participating countries, geographies, and/or member firms, other GFS business areas, and other support organizations (e.g., Technology, Global Contact Center, GFS GPO) to ensure end-to-end coordination
Proactively identify data gaps and develop solutions, mitigate risks, and highlight areas of opportunity to streamline and automate

Qualifications
Years of Experience: Seeking an experienced Manager with 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services firm, including significant experience in accounts payable.
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related subject. Advanced business degree or CPA preferred.
Skillset and Technology Requirements:
Experience in SAP
Ability to organize data and apply business context to improve processes or operations, improving efficiency and effectiveness
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving, analytic, communication, writing and presentation skills.
Communicate in a clear, professional, and concise manner with colleagues in various roles and areas of the organization.
Experience navigating through complex organizations with strong influencing skills to drive initiatives through to their successful conclusion
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and networks with leadership and business process teams
Experience of working across cultures and countries and a working knowledge of communication/ engagement styles
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
