The Financial Senior Analyst will be responsible for various aspects of financial analysis, reporting, outlooking/business plan, monthly close, weekly pulse, and special projects which support multiple groups within the Restaurant Finance organization. This position will interact with Finance and several functional areas; and interface with multiple levels of management.

• Contributes to the area BU planning and controlling processes by collecting, analyzing, and presenting financial results, enabling the production of annual business plans and monthly/quarterly outlook

• Develop and implement processes to support Restaurant LoB management system (weekly/monthly/quarterly review requirements).

• Develop standard reports and manage the distribution of standard reporting and metrics.

• Position must be (internal and external) customer focused, with the ability to determine and address customer expectations, needs and problems; Position must interface with Manager/Team Leader to escalate issues, provide updates and effect improvements

• Work in a collaborative and globally diverse environment as a team player and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Work with limited guidance on projects within defined criteria, with execution tightly adherent to pre-defined calendar of deliverables

• Other ad-hoc projects and analysis as necessary.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other related business discipline.

• 3 years of equivalent experience.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with Business Objects, SQL, Essbase (or comparable tools).

• Experience in CRM systems (Salesforce is an advantage).

• Proficient in database management with ability to learn new systems/tools.

• Attention to detail

• Excellent verbal communication and presentations skills

• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure

• Ability to deliver a high level of customer service

• Demonstrate a level of responsibility for taking ownership of projects
