Robert Half Finance Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

Description

We are searching for a meticulous and analytical Finance Manager based in Atlanta, Georgia. This role will be instrumental in managing the company's financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, P& L, contracts and planning. The Finance Manager will be a key figure in shaping the financial stability and growth of the company in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads to prepare and manage company budgets

  • Conduct detailed analysis on financial data to assess business performance and drive informed decisions

  • Ensure strict compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations

  • Oversee, review, and adhere to the budgets for each business department

  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and present findings and recommendations to company leadership

  • Manage and maintain company financial systems and processes

  • Contribute to the financial strategy and make recommendations on cost reduction and revenue enhancement

  • Regularly track and evaluate financial performance with respect to operational goals

  • Utilize skills in Monthly Accruals, Accruals, Prepaids, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A), Ad Hoc Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or related field (Master's preferred)

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Significant experience in financial management roles

  • Proficient in Monthly Accruals, Accruals, and Prepaids

  • Expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A)

  • Capacity to conduct Ad Hoc Financial Analysis

  • Experience in Budgeting and Forecasting

  • Familiarity with Power BI

  • Strong communication and strategic thinking skills

  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
