Shepard Exposition Services Exhibitor Data Processor in Atlanta, Georgia

The Exhibitor Data Processor will input, and process show organizer exhibitor lists into various Shepard databases.

Essential Job Duties

  • Enter customer and account data from source documents timely

  • Audit and update existing data to ensure accuracy and check output

  • Assist the VP, Resource Development with creating reports and data extraction as needed

  • Comply with data integrity and security policies

  • Assist the Kit Team with pricing as needed

  • Assist the Communications Team with ShowMail as needed

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team on projects as needed

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; possess good math skills

  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office

  • High proficiency in Excel required

  • Ability to use standard office products including computer/laptop

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision

  • Willingness to travel and work overtime as required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to perform as a responsible ESOP owner

  • Treat all internal and external customers with courtesy and respect, as outlined in our Blue Diamond Customer Service Program
