Shepard Exposition Services Exhibitor Data Processor in Atlanta, Georgia
The Exhibitor Data Processor will input, and process show organizer exhibitor lists into various Shepard databases.
Essential Job Duties
Enter customer and account data from source documents timely
Audit and update existing data to ensure accuracy and check output
Assist the VP, Resource Development with creating reports and data extraction as needed
Comply with data integrity and security policies
Assist the Kit Team with pricing as needed
Assist the Communications Team with ShowMail as needed
Collaborate with the Marketing Team on projects as needed
Requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; possess good math skills
Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office
High proficiency in Excel required
Ability to use standard office products including computer/laptop
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Willingness to travel and work overtime as required
High School Diploma or equivalent required

Ability to perform as a responsible ESOP owner
