Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:Analysts must be adept at quickly identifying and diagnosing issues within the Epic system. This includes understanding workflows, analyzing data, and troubleshooting technical problems. Strong analytical skills enable them to assess the root causes of issues and determine appropriate solutions.2. Effective Communication Skills:Clear and concise communication is crucial during client-facing support. Analysts should be able to explain complex billing concepts and system functionalities in an understandable way to clients. They must also actively listen to client concerns and provide timely updates on issue resolution.3. Documentation and Organizational Skills:Accurate documentation is vital for tracking issues and resolutions. Analysts should be proficient in using ticketing and tracking systems to log issues, maintain records, and ensure follow-up. Strong organizational skills help them manage multiple issues simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively and able to gather the requirements needed for quick issue resolution.4. Work with project managers, architects, business analysts and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application.5. Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.6. Assist in cutover preparation, go live preparation, and at the elbow support for new practices going live.7. Ensure end users follow specified workflows, understand how to perform workflow functions in alignment with the organization's standards, and that they are provisioned with the correct security for their role and performance needs.8. Serve as an intermediary with client's Epic team and Accenture tech leads to support bilateral understanding of data structures, workflows and technology capabilities and limitations.9. Other duties as assigned. This work may include implementation, optimization, upgrades, and application support.
This role is local to Atlanta and will involve local travel in Atlanta.
Here is what you need:• Minimum of 1 years experience in Healthcare IT in an Epic Cadence Prelude (Patient Access) Credentialed Trainer role including supporting Epic Cadence/Prelude Patient Access Training classes
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus points if you have:• Experience working for a consulting firm• Experience in at least 1 go live experience.• Experience in Epic Community Connect, Ambulatory, Referrals, HIM or Professional Billing
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
