Honeywell Director, Product Management in Atlanta, Georgia

As a Director of Offering Management here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading the offering management function for the Building Automation (BA) Strategic Business Group (SBG). You will be responsible for driving the development and execution of software offering strategies to drive growth and profitability in the BA market. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's business.

You will report directly to our reports directly to the Global BMS Offering Management Leader and you will work out of our Building Automation headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization's strategic direction, revenue growth, product innovation, customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and overall success. Your role is instrumental in driving business growth and maintaining a strong market position.

THE BUSINESS UNIT

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the BMS software offering management function to provide the best-in-class customer experience.

  • Ideate in collaboration with customer and through a continuous benchmark of competition a comprehensive plan to continue to reduce total installation and operational costs for system made by Honeywell’s BMS portfolio of core products and services.

  • Lead the implementation of a B2C and B2B monetization strategy to capture value through feature unlocking and subscription.

  • Assemble an ecosystem through innovation & co-innovation where through software solution customer operations are extended with Honeywell’s to maximize ROI and share of wallet.

  • Using the foundation of SCALED Agile Framework drive the development and execution of software product offering strategies , initiatives, and stories to drive growth and profitability.

  • Manage the product roadmap and drive continuous enhancements and innovations in close connection with our customers.

  • Drive growth and profitability through effective pricing and revenue optimization strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new offerings.

  • Manage the offering lifecycle, including pricing, positioning and go-to-market strategies, and end-of-life decisions.

  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product/offering management in software related products / SaaS product management.

  • Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role in product/offering management of software platforms.

  • Proven track record of successfully developing, launching offerings, and scaling a business in software.

  • General business, sales, and engineering acumen.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
