Robert Half Digital Project Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

Description We are offering an opportunity for a Digital Project Manager to join our team in the Amusement/Recreation Services and Entertainment industry. Located in Atlanta, Georgia, this role involves managing digital projects and streamlining internal processes. This is a contract to hire employment opportunity that requires a hands-on approach to project management, working closely with various teams including customer service, operations, and development.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring effective communication across all teams.

• Gather and specify technical and business requirements for project deliverables.

• Utilize tools such as Atlassian Jira, Asana, Salesforce, and Zendesk for project management and customer relations.

• Maintain and update project management reporting tools and spreadsheets.

• Work closely with the marketing team to align project goals with brand awareness and campaign planning.

• Leverage skills in cloud technologies and content management systems for project execution.

• Support two senior customer service representatives, two operations team members, and two developers to ensure smooth project progression.

• Conduct A/B testing to optimize project outcomes and deliverables.

• Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary.

• Ensure backend development aligns with project requirements and industry standards. Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Agile Scrum methodologies

• Experience in Backend Development and Cloud Technologies

• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

• Knowledge of AB Testing and its application in digital projects

• Demonstrated ability to increase Brand Awareness through digital campaigns

• Proven experience in Campaign Planning and execution

• Ability to deliver quality work on time, managing deliverables effectively

• Background in the Amusement/Recreation Ser/Entertainment industry is preferred

• Strong leadership skills to guide and manage project teams

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective client interaction

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

• Willingness to stay updated with latest digital trends and technologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. Innovation starts with people.®
