This is a unique opportunity to shape the Strategy, layout operations and composition of Bose's Global Supply Chain by applying your analytics, practical thinking, and problem-solving skills and by partnering with stakeholders across the organization.

As a part of the Supply Chain Strategy and Analytics team you will work across organizations and partner with different data, IT, and business teams to build the tools that will allow Bose to monitor, understand and react to real world problems impacting our ability to serve - and service - our business and individual customers.

This Analyst role will drive analysis and reporting across many diverse data sets to make sure we deliver impact from our data products and services. This includes identifying and categorizing patterns across different forward and reverse supply chain disciplines, analysis of review data, creating dashboards and reports that provide actionable business metrics and working with business leaders to identify, understand and resolve potential issues - ideally before they occur. This work will directly inform and influence Supply Chain strategy and composition.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of various supply chain disciplines, data analytics and visualizations, coupled with creativity and business acumen needed to develop insight. Because you will often serve as an internal expert about your domain, what its performance means and how it can be addressed or improved, you will have to demonstrate that you can balance data analytics, dealing with information uncertainty, business needs and real-world time and execution limitation to come up and derive actionable recommendations. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented analyst who can transform raw data into meaningful insights, providing actionable recommendations. This individual will be part of an extended team.

Key Responsibilities: Analyze vast data sets from various sources to extract actionable insights. Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations. Create complex calculations and KPIs using DAX Manipulate and analyze data by building SQL queries Query complex/large datasets in Snowflake and build data models Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and comprehend business needs Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through written and verbal reports Use storytelling techniques to inspire action and drive results. Create and manage Confluence pages to document data sources and procedures Work with DBT to model and transform data for analytics purposes Continuously monitor data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability to identify opportunities for data quality improvement. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to data analysis, visualization, and reporting. En ance and streamline data analysis processes by creating Power BI ecosystem solutions.

Example responsibilities could include: End-to-End Supply Chain analysis to identify opportunities or trends to reduce cost, including footprint optimization. Deep dive analysis across various supply chain disciplines for opportunities of continuous improvement (forecasting, material readiness, capacity, etc.) Customer behavior analysis to determine more efficient ways of working. Supplier and Customer contract analysis to drive improved alignment. Considering supply chain risks, production capacity and supplier/customer footprint, analyze and recommend an appropriate plan for every part to minimize risk and maximize margin. Cost analysis to consider macroeconomic dynamics, product design and margin expectations to help set and drive performance to cost targets. Analysis of contract manufacturing operations to drive performance to metrics. Utilize scenario planning to determine inventory best practices. Leverage business case practices to ensure projects are well thought through and that implications to cross functional partners, customers or suppliers have been considered and factored into the overall recommendation.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, data science, mathematics, or statistics 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field; direct experience with supply chain disciplines (planning, forward/reverse logistics, transportation, manufacturing etc.) a must; experience with Supply Chain a plus Strong Power BI, DAX, SQL, and visualization...
