Description

We are seeking a proficient and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to handle a wide variety of commercial agreements. You will be responsible for managing our company's contracts and contract-related duties, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating and coordinating contracting actions with all involved parties.

Responsibilities:

• Research, interpret, respond to inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions.

• Prepare and disseminate information regarding contract status, compliance, modifications and negotiations.

• Negotiate, manage, coordinate, and oversee a variety of complex commercial contracts.

• Monitor compliance with commercial contract terms and conditions.

• Communicate with vendors for onboarding and general contracting matters.

• Develop and maintain organized, understandable, and easily accessible contract file systems.

• Track and manage contract renewals.

• Review and advise on legal risks, business strategies and other issues related to contracts.

  Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

• Must have in-house experience as a contract specialist or administrator.

• Excellent knowledge of legal requirements and procedures related to contracts.

• Ability to interpret and analyze contractual terms.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
