How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
Commit to a 3-semester structured rotation with the same team, fostering continuity and deep collaboration throughput the co-op experience
Identify, visualize, analyze, and optimize business processes
Support the development of Knowledge Management content, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Glossary of Terminology and team pages
Apply industrial engineering and 6 sigma principles to business processes
Assist in the delivery of new tools, content and communications
Utilize business process documentation and knowledge to support new hire, recurrent, and new delivery technology training
Students must be able to complete 3 alternating rotations in Atlanta, GA in line with the below schedule:
Spring 2025 - 1st rotation
Fall 2025 - 2nd rotation
Summer 2026 - 3rd rotation
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Actively enrolled in an undergraduate program and currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines: Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Instructional Design or Business Management
Willing to relocate to Delta’s General Offices in Atlanta, GA and work on site for the duration of the Co-op program
Must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Must be self-sufficient and complete assignments with minimal supervision
Must be detail oriented and perform well under pressure
Must be eager to accept responsibility and create value-added projects
Must demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment
Must demonstrate a professional demeanor when interacting with all levels
Must be able to commit to three alternating work semesters
Must exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work with and safeguard confidential and sensitive information
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
At least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
