Job TitleCivil Project Engineer - Land Planning MarketLocationAtlanta, GA USLexington, KY USLouisville, KY USNashville, TN US (Primary)Job TypeFull-timeJob FunctionEngineeringEducationBachelor's DegreeJob DescriptionOur land planning team leverages the expertise and collaborative thinking of civil engineers, landscape architects, and planners to provide custom solutions that help grow livable communities.Responsibilities:Lead design team in the development of the project design solution from the inception of the concept through contract documents and construction administration.Integrate your current expertise while continuing your knowledge growth to incorporate state of the art technology and materials into the project design.Collaborate with the project team.Create project work plans and staffing models in collaboration with the Project Manager.Ensure quality control processes for a successful project outcome.Mentor team members to create a dynamic learning environment.Sustain our world's environment with cutting edge, ecologically-friendly solutions to complicated situations.Minimum QualificationsB.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering required.A minimum of six (6) years' experience with site design of residential, commercial, retail, healthcare, public works, or industrial projects.P.E. license required.Proficient in drawing production using AutoCAD Civil 3D techniques.Adept in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.Gresham Smith is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
