The Business Development Executive (BDE) role is an experienced, aggressive sales professional; the main responsibility includes sourcing and selling new business for Sogeti, part of Capgemini. You will cultivate and grow partnerships with clients to support them in advancing their programs. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders and negotiate with clients to drive projects forward leveraging our services.

The candidate selected for this position must reside in the greater Atlanta metro area.

Job Description:

  • ExpandSogeti's portfolio of solutions and professional services in the AtlantaMetro/East Cost Area.

  • Strategize,plan, and execute business development and solution sales.

  • Thisis a -hunter- role and qualified candidates must provide examples of theirability to generate organic revenue growth via prospecting tools and techniques.

  • Originateand qualify leads via cold-calling, networking, social media, events and/orother sources and develop relationships with C level executives within targetedaccounts.

  • Engagewith Sogeti's Technology leaders and solutions experts to deliver cutting edgesolutions to clients.

  • Maintainand grow client relationships.

  • Inducesolutions and ideas to help clients improve their business performance.

  • Workin an entrepreneurial environment with a high level of senior managementaccess.

  • Networkand build relationships internally and externally with Sogeti consultants andclients. Key Qualifications:

  • 5+years- experience in business development roles selling IT solutions and services

  • Astrong local network of clients in the local geography

  • Experiencewith the consultative sales approach in analyzing challenges of potentialclients and conveying ROI and TCO concepts to CXO level management

  • Goodunderstanding of targeted industry business environments, issues and the trendsaffecting technology spend

  • Awell-documented track record of achieving annual sales quotas of $3MM- $10MM

  • Excellentoral and written communication skills and outstanding presentation skills

  • Experiencewith Sales pipeline reporting, forecasting and related CRM tools

  • Abilityto work in a global organizational and service delivery environment

  • Demonstratedcommitment to stay abreast of industry trends and technical advancements withinthe industry sectors and enterprise markets

  • Abilityto work in a fast paced, competitive sales culture
