• Crafting and executing work plans for holidays and special events, ensuring flawless execution.

• Collaborating closely with the executive team on procedural enhancements and new product launches.

• Overseeing delivery processes to ensure punctual and accurate order fulfillment.

• Implementing and managing maintenance programs for kitchen equipment and vehicles.

• Spearheading waste and recycling programs to champion our sustainability initiatives.

• Serving as the primary liaison for airport operations and city renewals.

• Proactively addressing customer needs and concerns in collaboration with the call center.

• Guiding and coaching staff to maintain product quality, delivery timeliness, and overall customer satisfaction.

• Managing purchasing responsibilities for all back-of-house equipment as needed.
